As we enter the party season era I've been making some videos on the gram about etiquette in terms of how to stretch the wine in the bottle so everyone can have a taste and what is expected when it comes to bringing a bottle as a host(ess) gift. Enough about etiquette, let's talk wines for the winter holidays. Since menus vary for the December holidays I'm going to do this a little differently this time and make personalized customizations based on your wine style so if you're interested in a pack of wines specific for you or your meal, let me know and I'll create the perfect set. As always, I'll stick to fiscally approachable, small production, low intervention wines insuring there is no unnecessary additives, sugar or anything to speed up the winemaking process that result in ickiness.
